Current status
The main multilingual Dwór Hubertus website currently sets no cookies — necessary, analytics or marketing. It also uses no localStorage, advertising pixels, embedded maps or videos, or external fonts. We therefore do not show a consent banner that would offer no genuine choice.
What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on a user’s device. localStorage, device identifiers and tracking scripts can serve similar purposes. Under Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law, storing or accessing information requires clear notice and consent unless it is necessary for transmission or for a service explicitly requested by the user.
Cookie-free technologies
- the server processes standard HTTP logs for security and diagnostics;
- the concierge limits abuse using an IP address held in server memory for 10 minutes;
- language is selected by the URL, such as
/en/, and is not stored in a cookie; - Event Studio runs in the browser and opens a draft in the email application without website-side storage.
These operations do not store information on the user’s device. See the privacy policy for personal-data details.
External services
Reservation, map and social-media buttons are ordinary links. An external operator may set cookies only after the user enters its service, under that operator’s policy. The Dwór Hubertus website cannot read those cookies.
Future changes
If optional analytics, marketing tools, embedded maps or media using device storage are added, they will be blocked by default until prior consent is obtained. Controls will allow acceptance, refusal and withdrawal with equal ease, and this policy will list each mechanism, provider, purpose and lifetime.
Browser settings and contact
Users can remove and block cookies in browser settings. This currently does not affect the main website because it sets none. Questions: info@dworhubertus.pl.
